Facility Access and Usage

Access to Desert Snow Yard requires valid booking confirmation and signed waivers. All participants must follow safety guidelines, wear provided protective equipment, and comply with staff instructions at all times.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Bookings are confirmed upon payment and waiver completion. Session times are strictly enforced, and late arrivals may result in reduced session duration without refund. Group bookings require advance notice and deposit.

Age and Health Requirements

Participants must meet minimum age requirements for different zones. Health conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed. Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or recent injuries should consult physicians before participating.

Safety Compliance

All participants must attend safety briefings, use provided protective equipment correctly, and follow designated area restrictions. Failure to comply with safety rules may result in immediate removal without refund.

Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

Participation in snow activities involves inherent risks. By using our facility, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Desert Snow Yard is not liable for injuries resulting from normal activity participation or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled sessions receive full refunds. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable except for medical emergencies with documentation. Weather-related closures result in full refunds or rescheduling options.

Equipment and Property

All equipment remains property of Desert Snow Yard. Participants are responsible for equipment damage beyond normal wear. Personal items are brought at your own risk, and we recommend securing valuables in provided lockers.

Behavioral Standards

Respectful behavior toward staff and other guests is required. Aggressive behavior, intoxication, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating facility rules.

Photography and Media

Desert Snow Yard may capture photos or videos for promotional purposes. By entering the facility, you consent to such use. Personal photography is permitted but must not interfere with operations or other guests' privacy.

Membership Terms

Annual memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable after 30 days. Membership benefits are subject to availability and may be modified with notice. Suspended memberships due to rule violations are non-refundable.

Group Events and Corporate Bookings

Group events require signed contracts and deposits. Event organizers are responsible for participant compliance with facility rules. Additional charges may apply for extended cleanup or equipment damage.

Force Majeure

Desert Snow Yard is not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government regulations affecting operations.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Desert Snow Yard remain our exclusive property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with UAE law. Legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Terms Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through email or facility notices.
